Buffalo Doula Services offers a series of thoughtfully curated and meticulously planned classes for birthing people and their partners who are ready to take control of their birth and postpartum. Classes are kept small to allow for an intimate and personalized experience with plenty of room for questions. The birthing person may bring their support person along, free of charge. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the rare exception of class cancellation by the instructor.

childbirth prep | ONLINE course
This self-guided online class provides detailed and evidence-based information on what to expect in the final days of pregnancy, the stages of labor, comfort measures and medical pain relief, creating a birth plan and more. All in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.
We highly recommend our in person Birthing + Babies or Childbirth Prep class for first-time birthing people and VBACs. The online course is not as in-depth.
