Buffalo Doula Services offers a series of thoughtfully curated and meticulously planned classes for birthing people and their partners who are ready to take control of their birth and postpartum. Classes are kept small to allow for an intimate and personalized experience with plenty of room for questions. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, with the rare exception of class cancellation by the instructor. All classes can be attended virtually, if preferred or necessary.
All classes (except Breastfeeding 101) are held at BDS, located at 2929 Main St. in Buffalo.
The birthing person may bring their support person along, free of charge.
